Meat and Poultry is very important in Turkish kitchen. Turks came to Anatolia, the Asian part of Turkey, from Central Asia where they were mainly stockbreeding.

Since 99% of Turks are Muslim, all of the meat and poultry we sell is halal. We are very keen about this issue and we never being supplied by non-halal producers.

In addition to fresh meat and poultry in our Halal Butcher department you can find processed meat products here. Especially, Sujuk/Sucuk and Pastrami/Pastirma are crucial.
